As a cryptologist (code breaker) for the U.S. Navy, I spent 24 years solving high-stakes problems through pattern recognition, disciplined analysis, and intuitive insight. Working alongside Navy SEAL Teams as a technical expert during combat operations, I learned how to connect distinct dots under pressure and distill complex situations into simple, actionable solutions.

Those same instincts and skills now shape my work with leaders and organizations. Whether it is clarifying vision, strengthening culture, calibrating roles and talent, or developing leaders at every level, my mission is the same:
